Return Policy
1. Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days of receipt (for local and international orders). We do not provide exchange service, so customers are advised to return and place a new order.
2. Only clothes that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in sellable condition with returns label still attached can be returned. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For reasons of hygiene, underwear is not accepted to return.
3. Any used/credited reward points/discount codes for the returned order will be voided and not refundable/re-usable. Usage of points on subsequent purchases will not be awarded for additional points. If your amount do not meet promotion criteria like free shipping or free gift after the return, you will not have the discount. So you may have to pay shipping fees or return the free gifts or pay for the original price.
4. We do reserve the right not to allow the return of products or refund of any transactions although the condition above is met.
5. Items that are damaged, marked or altered will not be accepted. Any items returned under these conditions and/or fall under non-returnable categories will be sent back to the customer. Shipping costs are borne by the customer if resending to customer.
6. Returns can only made one time per order number.
Return Step
1. Please notify our customer service by quoting the order number and product details.
2. If the return is confirmed by customer service, customers should pack your return items and send to us
3. All return requests will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
4. Once the items are received, we will ensure they are in good condition. Once the condition of the returned items has been inspected, the customer will be notified to receive refund.
5.The refund period may vary between 7 and 14 working days from reception of the return at the warehouses.
