1. How do I register a member?

Click "LOGIN" at the top right side of our website. You can choose to log in with your Facebook account or register a new account. You can directly continue your purchase if you log in with Facebook. If you want to have a new account, click "Create Account" and fill in your information. After clicking "Create";, you will receive our confirmed email. Now, you can log in with your member account.

2. How can I change my password?

Click "LOGIN" at the top right side of our website and click "Forgot your password?". Enter your email address and submit. You will receive your password in your email inbox.

3. What is e-Newsletter? Why should I subscribe?

You will receive our latest information, especially having priority to receive latest promotion news via e-Newsletter.

4. Must I register as a member in order to make a purchase?

Yes. Registering your data allows us to ensure your order gets to you.

5. Can I amend my order after I have made payment?

You may contact us at Live Chat within 12 hours of payment to make an amendment to your order and we will endeavour to meet your request to the best of our ability. However, do understand that we aim to fulfil and deliver our orders promptly. Nonetheless, if an order has already been processed, you are not allowed to amend it anymore.

6. How to purchase?

-Choose the item, color and quantity of the item you want, click "add to cart"
-You can find a "trolley icon" at the top of right of the page and click it

-Confirm the item that you would like to buy, click "checkout"
- You will proceed to our payment page.
Please ensure that the correct item in the correct colors/sizes has been selected before proceeding to check out
An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is placed successfully.

7. How to pay?

We provide cash on delivery, pay on credits and online banking via MOLPay Gateways. We don't provide ATM transfer.

8. Which shipping company do you cooperate with?

We will ship your order using various courier companies to ensure your parcels arrive on time. We currently don't provide any pickup service at the moment.

9. Can I return?

If customers are not satisfied with the item they have received, we will allow them to return the item within a 7 day period in a single receipt.
